活动中，中日两校的学生共同围绕三个主要议题开展交流：“新冠肺炎疫情发生一年来你的生活变化”“针对世界贫困，我们可以做什么”“你对未来有何规划”。

我校学生马逸恺和施可若涵作为主持人衔接双方，13名学生作为发言代表面向岩手县师生自信地全程用英文发表了主题演讲。他们以有深度的见解、流畅的表达、活泼的语言和紧密的团队协作震撼了所有参加活动的师生。盛冈高中的同学都忍不住称赞道“通过你们，我们看到了中国越来越强大的原因”、“你们流畅的英文表达让我很难相信我们是同龄人”。

与此同时，我们也感受到了盛冈第一高中同学们的热情和认真，他们对于话题所做的数据调查、他们隔着屏幕和我校师生的热情互动都打动着连线这一端的每一个人。双方师生隔着屏幕同时爆出的欢快笑声，一次次将交流活动推向高潮。

通过交流，素未谋面的两国高中生走近了彼此。通过活动前无数次的发言稿打磨、通过活动中的互动表达，我们的学生在跨文化的交流中不断地发现着更好的自己。交流使人博大、交流使人致远。

感谢给予活动平台的云南省对外友好协会，感谢学校各部门的鼎力支持，感谢各年级英语教师的推选，感谢每一位同学的热情参与。相信以一次次活动为支撑点，在附中人共同的努力下，每一个附中人都能登高望远、成就更好的自己、协手为咱们国家更美好的未来奋力！

With inspiring speeches presented one after another, I really enjoyed the time. All the hours of preparation paid off when teenagers who are thousands of miles away were absorbed in the discussion. This impressive afternoon was full of vitality and flashes of inspiration and I believe everyone gained a lot. As the teacher said, we're supposed to reach far beyond a learner. It's our fate to embrace the whole world as a student of YNSDFZ.——马逸恺

First and the most, I’d like to convey my sincere thanks to the teachers and governors, for they giving us such a precious chance to take roles in the friendly communication program between China and Japan. The event was such a success, and I even couldn’t help feeling pity for the flying time and wished that the free-talk part would never end, just like our firm friendship between the two countries. Though as a not-that-perfect speaker and host, such a high-class conference equipped me with a lot more confidence and I’ve learned something more than self-skills’ improvement. What actually impressed me was the great aura of comprehension the new-eras from both China and Japan have shown, and the true hearts shown with sincerity. Best wishes to all of us!

很荣幸再次参加了对日交流活动，谢谢师大附中给予我的平台。

无论未来有多远，我都一定会记得英语老师Mr. Fresh推荐我时我的激动和自豪；黄倩老师和严方舟老师帮助我们有更好的表现时的尽心和操劳；我自己构思演讲稿时朱羚瑞老师、冯春美老师、Mr. Fresh给我他们最好的想法和帮助时我的感动和兴奋；还有我一次次练习一次次更好时自己的满意和快乐……

又能和这么多有趣、有才、优秀的同学成为了朋友——在Poverty这个看似最难构思（三分钟的演讲，要想吸引日方同学眼球，的确得思考很多）的话题上，王峥蔚，朱晗，杨洲宇和我，一次次共同的练习，相互提出建议，一次次在一起讨论、聊天，当然不乏放肆得笑得停不下来时光……很多很多，让我们成为了我们。

有了最终惊艳的表现，我毫不谦虚，我的笑容洋溢着最自信的骄傲。

又一次的锻炼，让我成为了更好的我，让我更自信去迎接my bright future.仍然是那句话：谢谢每一段旅途上那些迷人的风景，看过了那些风景，未来我一定会更优秀，更自信，成为更好的我!、

With the intention of cultivating relationship between Yunnan and Iwate，our school held a Youth Exchange meeting. It's my privilege to be chosen as a representative, and I did enjoyed the meeting. I am quite sure that my English has proved a lot, and I.also gained more confidence through this experience. One thing that inspired me most is that language is not just a simple tool in communication, but also a proof of excellence. In addition, the most significant factor in a communication is one's thought, which distinguishes you from others. However, one thing I should improve is my courage of answering or asking questions, I will work on that part harder.

Happy time always flies.It's such a pity that we all still had so many things yet to say when the end fell.As teenagers of the same age, we actually have strong desire to share and listen,even if we are separated by distance. From daily life after COVID-19, to serious views concerning international poverty issues. From future plans to popular Chinese buzzword“内卷”, we communicated, or rather, chatted in an easy and harmonious atmosphere.

As a Japanese boy said, he has seen a stronger China from us - students of Yunnan. I'm proud that we did represent our province as well as China. Furthermore, I'm excited to know that we're never alone on the way to build a better world, with friends coming from every corner of the planet!

Honestly I can't find an exact word to describe my feelings, I just feel it a great success.

It's my first time to talk with Japanese teenagers in this kind of formal event.

Gratefully， I was chosen to be the one to introduce our school, I feel it a great honor. Unfortunately an accident happened unexpectedly that I forgot to show the PPT before my introduction, luckily I made it right after my first sentence and defused the embarrassment with my super humor and talent (kidding). And from the photos I got after the sharing, I can tell that my audiences did enjoyed my performance, for their overbrimed smiles.

Nothing can be better than teenagers building up friendships crossing the ocean, and I believe our friendship can be everlasting！For myself, I'm looking forward to a similar opportunity again, and I believe I will complete a better performance next time!——王峥蔚

Hugely influenced by this amazing activity，I not only enjoyed it very much but also find the way to struggle for，which confusing me a lot recently and it stroke into my heart that the world is amazing and multicultural .What we need to do is whatever we can d，never gave up when you are in a confusing time cause we all are together.We respect each other, we encourage each other,we study from each other and we grow up together, and I strongly believe that we will success together in the near future, this meeting is not just a meeting it includes cultural communication, encouragement, cooperation and the new relationship between China and Japan build for the future.We are the teenagers full of energy，we are enthusiast and we are the future hope, we make our own plans for our future, we struggle in the epidemic situation together and I hope we will win together.What I have learned today is more than what words can describe. It's really moved me to cry，push me to study harder for a more beautiful future, struggle for myself ,struggle for our country ,struggle for the world. Life seems like a bottle of chocolates, you will never know what taste it will be next. If you don't push yourself and make a step forward you will never get the most tasty chocolate. I'm grateful for my school, my teachers to give me this opportunity to taste the most tasty chocolate in my life, and I will keep it in my mind and struggle for the next chocolate in the future. Last but not least it's highly appreciated that our school holds this awesome activity and word is not sufficient to express my feelings and my gratitude for my dearest teachers and my dearest school ,thank you！Let's 内卷 together!

I have achieve a lot from this event. During the preparation process, I have met many difficulties. Firstly, the gathering of information cost amounts of time, and the final show is another problem for me, but I prepared for it very hard. When all the things have been ready, I heard the news that our group’s topic has been canceled. I felt desperate and wanted to give up. However, I overcame this problem somehow. To be honest, the part that disturbing me most is the showing part. Because I haven’t had many opportunities to practice my skills for giving a speech. And I did have the previous experience about forgetting content on the stage and looking at listeners helplessly, but it turned out to be a success. Not only did I remember my drift, but I also added something new in my speech. This is really a great progress.

I don’t think I will have a lot of such opportunities in my future life, so I enjoy the painful but helpful stretch of my ability and take it as a gift in my life.
